These classes are designed for those new to Pilates, and for those wanting to brush up on their fundamental Pilates skills. You will learn proper set-up of the equipment, body alignment, and pelvic stability while building core strength, flexibility, and elongation of muscle groups.
For your optimal learning and safety, we require that all new students start with at least three private sessions before joining any group class.
